A few weeks ago I started using the scraps from my bunting making to sew some tiny rosettes or 'yo-yos'. I left them on the side for a bit while I got on with some other projects, but then yesterday I sorted out some little buttons and some little silver grips and made some super-cute hair clips.
I've tried to use different styles of button and different coloured thread so that they don't 'match' to much. This is a nice quick craft make as it doesn't use loads of material. As long as you can sew on a button and own a tube of glue you have the all the tools you need!
