I have had a weekend off from making things. Went shopping yesterday and treated my self to this fantastic book - 'Applique Your Way' by Kayte Terry (think it's a US import).
The layout is fantastic, as is the typography (of course, sells a book to me every time).
This watermelon pincushion is a particular favourite of mine. It's in the gift section of the book, but why give it away to someone!

I have also bought some new beads, so will be making some more jewellery for my Misi shop during the week - although not sure when I will do photos as it is dark when I go to work in the morning, and dark when I get home ...
